<p><b>Update:</b> Ex-Daily News ed <a href="http://ronkayela.com/2008/12/the-press-the-final-solution.html">Ron Kaye&#8217;s thoughtful reaction</a> to TribCo&#8217;s bankruptcy filing: It&#8217;s the beginning of the end for newspapers, but it&#8217;s also a great time to be a consumer/creator of news online.
